Lail is provided as a personal spiritual companion to support your Islamic practice. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app in a manner consistent with its intended purpose.
Prayer times displayed in Lail are calculated using the Aladhan API and are approximate. They are provided as a convenience and may vary based on your location, calculation method, and other factors. You should always verify prayer times with your local mosque or a trusted source. Lail is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the prayer times provided.
Lail is a tool to support your spiritual practice. It is not a substitute for Islamic scholarship, religious authority, or personal guidance from qualified scholars. Any references to Islamic practices within the app are intended as supportive tools, not authoritative religious rulings.
Lail is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Lail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the app, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.
Your use of Lail is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how your data is handled. All user data is stored locally on your device.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You may stop using Lail at any time by deleting the app from your device. Since no account or data is stored remotely, deleting the app fully terminates your relationship with the service.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
